Frequently asked questions.
How billing, plans, add-ons and access actually work — and who to talk to when the answer is not here.
One subscription per company, billed monthly or yearly, and it covers everyone you put on it — there is no separate licence per module. Yearly is the same rate billed once instead of twelve times.
Every module is switched on for the trial, and how long it runs depends on the plan: Starter 7 days, Standard 14, Premium 30. Enterprise is quoted, so it has no self-serve trial. You add a card when you register and nothing is taken from it during the trial — when it ends, the plan you chose renews on that card automatically. Cancel any time before then from the Company Portal and you are not charged.
A small base platform fee plus a per-employee rate, and the base already covers a block of included seats — 5 on Starter, 25 on Standard, 50 on Premium, 100 on Enterprise. A five-person company on Starter pays the ₱1,990 base and nothing per seat.
Only headcount above that block bills per employee, and the rate falls as the plan grows: ₱120 per employee on Starter down to ₱75 on Enterprise. Yearly seats are twelve times the monthly rate, so the maths does not change when you switch cycle.
Yes. Every price on the pricing page and in the add-on marketplace is what you actually pay, with 12% VAT already in it.
Your invoice and official receipt still break it out properly — the VAT-exempt base and the VAT portion are shown as separate lines, which is what your accountant needs.
Any time, from the Company Portal. Pick the new plan and billing cycle, and it takes effect on checkout — the charge is immediate and your billing term restarts from that day.
If your current usage would not fit inside the plan you are moving to, the cart tells you before you pay rather than after.
The action that would cross the line is refused, and the notice says which limit you reached and what lifts it — the matching add-on or the next plan up. Nothing already in the system is deleted or hidden.
Storage behaves the same way: uploads stop at the cap rather than silently overwriting, and buying storage or upgrading applies straight away.
Two kinds. Capacity top-ups raise a limit without a full upgrade — extra employees, HR or Manager accounts, active projects, and storage from +10GB up to +1TB.
Feature unlocks switch on a module your plan does not include: Recruitment, Messenger, Meetings, the mobile app, Employee Relations, Projects & Tasks, Goals & Reviews, Training & LMS, Engagement, and Roles & Audit. Add them from the marketplace, and turn any of them off from your next billing period.
Yes, and on purpose. The Company Portal — plans, invoices, add-ons, payment — is signed into separately and only the company owner can get in. Nobody in the HRM workspace can reach your billing by clicking around.
HR, Manager and Employee accounts sign in to the HRM workspace instead, and are created from Employees → Account. The two are different doors to the same company.
Enterprise includes the mobile app for the whole team.
On any other plan it is available as an add-on, so you do not have to move the entire company to Enterprise to put the app in people's hands.
Every request is scoped to your company before it reaches your data, and what each account can see is decided by its role on the server — not by which buttons the interface happens to show.
Roles & Audit adds a permission matrix you control and a log of sensitive actions; it is included on Enterprise and available as an add-on elsewhere. Card payments run through PayMongo, so card details go to them and never touch our servers.
